Institution Building & International Governance

Creating, structuring, developing and leading international organisations designed to strengthen cooperation, governance and institutional effectiveness across national and international environments.

  • Created, structured and developed the Standing Committee of European Doctors (CPME), serving as Secretary General from 1995 to 1998.
  • Founded, developed and led the Confederation of Organisations in Road Transport Enforcement (CORTE), serving as Secretary General from 1999 to 2008.
