Introduction

Executive leadership is not simply about defining a vision.

It is about assuming responsibility for creating, building, developing, growing and, when the time is right, successfully transferring organisations operating in complex and constantly evolving environments.

Alongside his international legal practice and strategic advisory work, Thierry Granturco has held executive leadership responsibilities for more than three decades across the private, institutional and entrepreneurial sectors.

His professional journey has included creating and developing an international law firm, building and leading a diversified investment group, creating international organisations, developing international legal practices within leading law firms, and assuming executive responsibilities in multicultural and highly regulated environments.

This dual experience—as both strategic adviser and executive leader—enables him to understand complex strategic challenges not only from the perspective of legal counsel, but also from that of a decision-maker responsible for growth, investment, people, governance and long-term value creation.
